I will not always be able to answer the phone so please leave a voicemail clearly stating your name and number and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Typically, I respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt. If I am on annual leave and therefore not picking up emails daily, you will receive a reply email to let you know my date of return.
